Featuring flexible seating arrangements—including theater, round table, classroom, and U-shape configurations— the room is ideal for small to medium-sized business events such as presentations, team briefings, workshops, training sessions, and intimate corporate gatherings.

For added flexibility, Mahawu Meeting Room can be divided into two smaller meeting rooms, allowing two separate events or meetings to be held simultaneously.

Just step away from the Lokon Ballroom, Mahawu Meeting Room is an excellent venue for breakout sessions during events that require separate discussion spaces.
